3. Intellectual Property

The presentation and content of the cognacplanat.fr website are works protected by French and international legislation relating to intellectual property. The protectable background elements such as texts, photographs, data, graphics, videos, images, etc., as well as the elements of form (choice, plan, arrangement of materials, organization of data, etc.) are the property of Cognac Planat & Co under copyright and under the right of the producer of the database.

Under this ownership, Cognac Planat & Co can exploit these various elements alone or with the agreement of the rights holders worldwide.
Consequently, any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, may not be made without the prior consent of Cognac Planat & Co pursuant to Articles L. 122-4 and L. 342-1 of the Intellectual Property Code.

Exceptions for private use

In accordance with Article L. 122-5 of the Code, the works on this site may only be used in a private and non-exclusive manner by any user of the site. You undertake not to transmit to this Site any illegal, infringing, comminatory, defamatory, scandalous or any other content that could constitute or encourage conduct that would violate the law.
