Nose: stunning aromas of dried apricot, grapefruit and bergamot, structured by the particular tannins of new oak and recently toasted barrels – fresh vanilla, toasted bread, and robust, bewitching roasted notes.
Palate: delicate astringency from the fine-grained oak is followed by stunning complexity: vinosity, plum, exotic fruit, oak, and a subtle touch of smoke in the finish. Gourmet style that lingers.
